Jen was introduced to Pilates a decade ago, immediately fell in love with its principles and practices, and soon decided that it was her future. She joyfully completed her STOTT Pilates instructor certification in 2016, and has been working on refining her expertise in both Pilates and the compassionate and thorough teaching of it since then.
Her primary passion is in Pilates’ holistic approach to full-body strength, alignment, form, balance, and range of motion. She has an extensive repertoire of certifications including Reformer, Cadillac, Barrels, Chair, Matwork, Cardio Trampoline, injury recovery and special needs populations, and is also trained in Barre and TRX, giving her a deeply versatile range of skills to pass onto her clients. Out of the studio, Jennifer has a full life that’s reflected in her range of hobbies, from biking to playing the piano to camping, often with the light of her life - her 10-year-old son. Jen believes that Pilates has the utility and versatility to work for literally everybody and would love to use her unwavering dedication and enthusiasm for it to help you transform your life, regardless of your age or current fitness level.
