PILATES CLASSES
Pilates Mat
Find your inner balance and strength in our Pilates Mat class. This low-impact, full-body workout focuses on core engagement, flexibility, and improved posture using just a mat and small props.
Pilates Reformer Level 1
Discover the core-strengthening magic of Pilates in our Level 1 class. Perfect for beginners, focus on alignment, breath, and gentle movements to improve flexibility and posture. A basic understanding of the Pilates Basic Principals is encouraged. If you’re brand new to Pilates Reformer, we offer an intro-session series to familiarize you.
Pilates Reformer Level 1.5
Step up your Pilates Reformer practice with our Level 1.5 class. This class uses Essential and Intermediate level exercises to create a workout that is both challenging and an inviting space to start your Pilates journey. Perfect for those wanting an evenly paced workout with options for increasing intensity, or brushing up on Essential level exercises. A basic understanding of the Pilates Basic Principals is encouraged.
Pilates Reformer Level 2
Take your Pilates practice to the next level in our Level 2 class. Build on your foundation with more challenging exercises, enhance core strength, and achieve greater flexibility. This class plays with adding props, increasing repetitions, adding endurance-focused modifications, and quickening the overall pace. Previous Pilates Reformer experience is encouraged, and an understanding of the Pilates Basic Principals and Essential Level exercises is highly recommended.
Tower/Cadillac Reformer
Transform your body with our Tower Reformer class. Using specialized equipment, this dynamic workout enhances strength, flexibility, and alignment for a toned and sculpted physique. We convert the carriages into Cadillac-type tables to add diversity to your Pilates repertoire. All levels are welcome.

Cardio & Conditioning
This early morning workout is great for the "rise and shine go-getters" who are looking to work hard to start their day. A combination of cardio circuits, core exercises, strength, and conditioning work create a blend of challenge and fun!
Cardio & Strength
Experience the ultimate Cardio & Strength fusion class! This high-energy workout combines heart-pumping cardio exercises with strength training to burn calories, tone muscles, and improve overall fitness. We’ll utilize free weights, bodyweight, and props to create a total body workout. All bodies are welcome and encouraged as modifications will always be provided.
Fascial Stretch (Virtual)
Experience the transformative power of Fascial Stretch class. Target and release tension in the connective tissues, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility for a rejuvenated and agile body.
HIIT Circuit
Experience the ultimate HIIT Circuit! This heart-pumping class combines intense intervals of cardio, strength, and bodyweight exercises for an efficient and exhilarating full-body workout. All bodies are welcome and encouraged as modifications will always be provided.
Kettlebell Skills & Conditioning
Kettlebells are one of the most versatile tools to have at home or in the gym, saving you set-up time and effort while introducing new levels of strength, stability, and conditioning to your routine. Have you tried Kettlebells and noticed back pain, sore wrists, excess arm manipulation, or maybe you just don’t know where to start? Although complex, we’ll simplify to avoid undue pain and break down everything from the setup, to grip, to proper breathing technique, and where to generate proper force in order to get that bell up and swinging!
Tabata
Tabata is a fast-paced, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class that alternates between short bursts of exercise and brief rest periods, maximizing calorie burn and improving cardiovascular fitness. You’ll utilize free weights and body weight to work different muscle groups and get your heartrate up. All bodies are welcome and encouraged as modifications will always be provided.
TRX Fusion
This early morning workout is great for the "rise and shine go-getters" who are looking to work hard to start their day. This workout will utilize TRX suspension bands, bodyweight, kettlebells, free weights, and more to create a workout that will challenge your strength, balance, and flexibility.
50-Minute Spin
Ride to the rhythm and pedal your way to fitness in our 50-minute Spin Class. Get your heart pumping, burn calories, and experience the thrill of an indoor cycling adventure! This class uses intervals, bursts, and straightaways on the bike, timed to music, to boost cardio endurance and create a steady sweat.
Spin & Strength
Get the best of both worlds in our Spin and Strength class! Amp up your cardio on the bike, then switch gears to tone and strengthen your muscles for a well-rounded workout. All bodies are welcome and encouraged as modifications will always be provided.
Yoga
Discover the harmony of mind and body in our Hatha-style yoga class. Focus on gentle postures, breath control, and relaxation techniques to promote inner peace and overall well-being. The focus is on stabilization and balance throughout daily living and carries you through gentle flows.
