AUDREY

Hey! I’m Audrey - New to the fitness industry but not so new to training. I am currently studying for my NASM PT Certification, and the Girls Gone Strong Pre & Postnatal Coaching Certification.

Through my years of research, practice, and studying, I have gravitated toward lessons of sustainable athleticism, and focusing on skill-based goals. I like to think in terms of: How does this work make your life better outside of the gym?

My goal is to provide education, explain the nuances, build you towards autonomous training, and the mental fortitude to know your goals are possible. It’s not fast, it’s not easy, but I’ll be there to help you. I want to help break down misconceptions, based on age, gender, and experience, which have been important to me as a woman.

My personal fitness journey started in 2016, and by chance was guided into a new realm of health and body awareness that has continued to motivate, challenge, and inspire me. My first coach/mentor taught me to harness my potential and look beyond the scale or mirror.

This shift in mindset hurled me towards skills that I never thought were possible… It took a lot of whining and saying “I can’t” but, now I CAN! I remember when it felt impossible and I remember feeling defeated. With some gentle reverse psychology, I was taught to keep showing up for myself and to put in the work. I kept learning and adapting.

I love trying new things and stepping into the unknown! Don’t limit yourself. Our bodies are incredible and I hope that everyone can feel their power!

Talk to me about weight training, prehab/mobility work, calisthenics, roller derby/roller skating, rock climbing, running, boxing, and Muay Thai!
