ANDREA

Hi! I’m Andrea and I have been working in the fitness industry for over 25 years. My journey began as a young athlete. Which led me to become a swim and dry land coach, as well as a water aerobics instructor. From there I knew my career path was an obvious choice as I have a natural ability to coach and motivate people of all ages. I have received technical training from the University of Minnesota and numerous certifications to keep my programs and classes creative, safe, and successful.

As your personal trainer and group fitness instructor, I will always strive to create personal connections so that I know what to give my clients on any given day; a listening ear, a challenging workout, and everything in between. My goal is to guide you through an experience that makes YOU feel confident, strong, and happy both physically and mentally through exercise.

I love to teach all formats of exercise (spin, TRX, Kettlebell, Tabata, HIIT), but I am most passionate about using my creativity to produce amazing circuit training workouts! It never gets boring.

When I’m not at the studio, I’m going on adventures with my two sons and my future hubby. As a family, we enjoy biking, skiing, hiking, road tripping, and sailing on our boat in Lake City.
